Is anyone using Litmus?

on Thu May 25, 2017 11:26 am
I'm interested to know if anyone uses Litmus?

I'm trying to work out from their website whether you have to integrate with your email service provider using an API, or whether you simply send your emails to a specific litmus email address linked to your account.

I'm also interested in whether people percieve it as value for money and how confident they are that it picks up errors and broken links reliably. I'm also unsure whether the evaluation of the content is good, eg assessing spam risk.

Just wondering whether it is worth it to save the time spent on clicking hundreds of links to test them!

We do use Litmus and it is an important part of the process that is trusted by our communications team. I don't think you need the API, I think you can just drop it in?
